Hello, Dear Bloggers.
Well, I was thinking about Spring Fever today, and how it's really slowing me down. But then I stopped to think: What actually is Spring Fever? So, like every other normal person in this world, I decided to Wikipedia it (Wiki <3).
So, Wiki's definition is the following:
Spring Fever is a term applied to several sets of physical and psychological symptoms associated with the arrival of spring. In general it refers to an increase in energy, vitality and particularly sexual appetite, often particularly strong in those suffering from Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and thus experiencing lows during the winter months. It is this sense that inspires the use of the term as a title for several works of literature and entertainment. In some uses however it refers to the opposite, an unexpected loss of energy with the onset of spring.

As a translation of the German term "Frühjahrsmüdigkeit" ("Spring tiredness"), Spring Fever is the name for a temporary mood typically characterized by a state of low energy and weariness experienced by many people in springtime. It is not in the category of a diagnosed illness, but rather a phenomenon thought to be initiated by a change in the season.
Well, I don't know about the sexual appetite. I'm more of the "in some uses (...) it refers to the opposite". Actually, I'm more of the Frühjahrsmüdigkeit kind. Or something.

I'm losing energy, I'm always sleepy, I'm always going to bed late (thanks to reading BEDA blogs, YouTube videos and working on my novel). I can't get anything done. At this moment, I'm supposed to be taking a shower, getting dressed because I'm going out with some friends. And I have to do laundry, write on my blog (which comes first because I won't have time to do it when I come back), I wanted to do a video response to Toddly00 which, come to think of it, I won't be able to do *groans*. I'm frequently irritable and sometimes people are talking to me and the only thing I listen to is the second time they ask: were you listening to me?
Yes, Spring Fever. I mean, Frühjahrsmüdigkeit, I blame YOU. I was fine during the summer, I was fine during the winter. Why now? Grr.
How are you dealing with Spring Fever? Or do you not feel it at all?
See you tomorrow, bloggerz xx
